Delete your Custí account
This page deletes your account without the app. You can also do it inside Custí, in Settings → Account → delete my account.
What happens when you delete:
- the account (e-mail and login) is erased;
- everything synced to the cloud is erased with it;
- the data on your device is not erased from here: delete it in the app (Settings → Danger zone) or uninstall;
- the premium subscription is not cancelled: cancel it first in the App Store or on Google Play, otherwise billing continues;
- purchase records stay with the stores for the legally required period, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
1. Sign in to your account
Use the same method you use in the app.

2. Confirm the deletion
Signed in as (sign out).
Account deleted
Done. The account and the cloud data have been erased. If you had an active subscription, remember to cancel it in the store. Thank you for using Custí.
