Custí Terms of Use

Version 2, effective October 12, 2026. This is a courtesy translation: if there is any conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the Custí app ("app") and the website custi.arvistudio.com.br, offered by ARVISTUDIO MARKETING COMERCIO E PRODUCOES LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 66.495.497/0001-74 ("Arvistudio", "we"). By installing or using Custí, or by creating an account or logging in, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the Privacy Policy applies to you. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Custí is

Custí is a tool for people who make and sell food to organize recipes, production, inventory, costs, prices, quotes, orders and sales. Using the app requires an account (Google, Apple or e-mail), and it works on two levels:

• Free: ingredients, supplies, products with recipe sheets, price calculator, business profile, settings, local reminders, shopping list and purchase records, list sharing and PDF quotes. This data is synced with your account in the cloud. This version shows ads.
• Premium (subscription): production runs, inventory, sales, fixed costs, PDF reports, customers, orders (from quote to delivery), calendar, sync of everything between devices and no ads.

The limits and features of each level are the ones shown in the app and may evolve over time. Reductions of premium features will be announced in advance.

2. Account and age

• You can create an account with e-mail and password, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done with your account.
• Custí is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Creating an account and subscribing to premium require being 18 or having a legal guardian's authorization. The app is not directed at children.

3. Premium subscription

• Plans and prices: monthly or yearly, at the prices shown in the app and in the store before purchase, in your country's currency. The monthly and yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial for those who have never subscribed.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until cancelled. The free trial converts into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Billing and cancellation: billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, on the store account used for the purchase. Cancel the renewal at any time in the store's subscription settings (iPhone: Settings → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; there is no pro-rated refund of the current period except as provided below.
• Refunds and withdrawal: since the purchase is made through the store, refund requests follow Apple's or Google's rules and are submitted to them. The 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (art. 49) is honored: if the store does not grant it, write to support@arvistudio.com.br within the deadline and we will resolve it. Mandatory consumer rights of your own country also apply.
• Price changes: price increases are announced by the store in advance and apply only from the next renewal, under each store's rules, which may require your confirmation.
• End of subscription: the app returns to the free level, the data on your device stays with you, free-level data keeps syncing and the cloud copy of premium data is kept for 6 months, as described in the Privacy Policy. Subscribing again resumes sync of everything.
• Restore purchases: on a new device, sign in to the same account and use "restore purchases" in the app.

4. Ads

The free version shows third-party ads. We do not control the content of the ads and are not a party to any deal made with advertisers. Ad personalization depends on your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy. Premium shows no ads.

5. Your data and your content

• Everything you record in Custí is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, sync and display that data for you while you use the service.
• Your customers' data is your responsibility: you warrant that you have the right to record it and that you answer their requests under the applicable data protection law. We act as processors of that data, on your behalf.

By using Custí you agree not to:

• use the app for unlawful purposes or to record third-party data without authorization;
• attempt to bypass free-plan limits, subscription validation or the service's security mechanisms;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except as permitted by law;
• overload or attack our servers or those of our processors;
• resell or sublicense the app or access to it.

8. Availability and changes to the service

• We work to keep the app and sync available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and third-party failures (stores, cloud providers, carriers) may affect the service.
• We may change, add or remove features. If we decide to discontinue Custí or sync, we will give at least 30 days' notice and hand you a copy of your data on request.

9. Intellectual property

The app, the Custí brand, the design, the texts and the code belong to Arvistudio or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the app under these terms. Your data is not affected by this clause.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Defense Code, and by the mandatory law of your country, the app is provided "as is". We are not liable for business decisions made based on the app's calculations, for loss of data that was never synced, for third-party failures, or for use in breach of these terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid for Custí in the 12 months before the event.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time and delete the account in Settings → Account. Remember to cancel the subscription in the store, because deleting the account does not cancel it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice whenever possible, and will remove the data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Apps obtained from the App Store

If you obtained Custí from the Apple App Store, the following also applies: these terms are between you and Arvistudio, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, warranties or any claims related to it, including intellectual property and consumer claims; if the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, and Apple will have no other obligation; the license is limited to use on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store usage rules; you represent that you are not located in a country under a U.S. embargo and are not on any restricted parties list; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For consumers, the venue is the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the courts of the district of São Paulo/SP, Brazil. For users outside Brazil, the mandatory protections of your local law also apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each new version is published on this page, with the version number and the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the app. Continuing to use Custí after the effective date means you accept the new version; if you do not agree, stop using the app.
