Frequently asked questions
How do I cost a handmade soap?
Add up the cost of each raw material in the quantity the formula uses, plus the packaging, and divide by the yield: 10 soaps give you the cost of one. The price comes from that cost plus fees and the margin you want. Custí runs the same math, with the cost of your last purchase.
Is Custí only for food?
No. On the first screen you say what you make, and the app speaks your trade: raw materials and formulas for cosmetics and candles, materials and compositions for crafts, recipes and batches for cooks. The math is the same for everyone.
Do I have to pay to start?
No. The free plan lets you register what you buy and what you make, see the cost and calculate the selling price, plus customers and PDF quotes. Production, inventory, sales, orders and reports are Premium, with 7 days to try it.
